A brief review
For this game, the publishers decided not to keep us waiting and to jump straight into a sequel. Big Bass Vegas 1000 tells us right off the bat that it comes with a maximum multiplier of 1,000x. For a slot with medium volatility, the 1,000x multiplier is also relatively mediocre.
As with all games in this series, we have the option to “improve” our luck on every spin or buy the Free Spins or Super Free Spins bonus straight away. Bonus rounds are still triggered if you manage to land 3, 4 or 5 Scatter symbols, which give you 15, 20 or 25 free spins.
Bonus game
The bonus game comes in two versions: regular and, as Pragmatic Play calls it, Super. The only difference is that in Super Free Spins rounds, you need to catch fish 3 times to retrigger, while in regular rounds you need 4. Whether that’s worth the price difference – 100x for regular and 450x for Super – is up to you.
During the bonus game, we now have not one fisherman, but two. Yep, yep, we now have twice the chance to increase the number of free spins during the bonus game and boost the multiplier! *sarcasm*
Overall, these “fishermen” work the same way, but now each one collects his own catch separately.
Conclusion
To me, this is the same Big Bass-type game with minor cosmetic changes. As I said earlier, they’ve just given us a new skin for the classic game. So if you like this type of slot and have been wanting something new for a while, Big Bass Vegas 1000 might interest you.
